Job Summary :
An ideal candidate would have at least 1year to 2 years of professional experience in software development and a solid knowledge of the Perl language, with a passion for development of Web applications and UNIX-based software.
Full proficiency in Perl Scripting.
Solid understanding of relational database design principles, full command of MYSQL.
Good command over HTML, CSS, and JAVASCRIPT.
Hands on experience with Linux Operating System.
Knowledge of CGI scripting would be an added advantage.
The candidate would be responsible for
Add and update system functionality as requested by business.
Create and update system reports.
Investigate and resolve system issues.
Create code snap-shots on regular basis.
Perform MySQL database, file system, and web server application maintenance.
Maintain and troubleshoot the email and ftp systems.
