Job Role: HelpDesk/Service Desk/Technical Support(Voice)
Job Summary :
• Willing to work in a technical Support(Voice), call taking profile.
• providing Enterprise Service Desk support for issues with desktops, printers, applications etc.
• Providing Support for IT Infrastructure Client, troubleshoot & resolve issues related to Windows Hardware, Printers, Enterprise Applications like Outlook, VPN and Blackberry.
• Basic computing skills.
• Certifications like MCSE/CCNA /PMI/ITIL are preferred.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Good customer service skills.
Mandatory Skills:
• Minimum 1+ year of call taking experience with technical help desk / ISP service desk experience.
• Willing to work in a technical voice support inbound process.
• Should be willing to work in night shifts.
• Should be willing to sign a 1-year service agreement.
• Should possess 50% and above throughout academics.
• Should have 15 tears full time education.
• B.E/B.Tech/MCA/Post graduates are not considered for this position.
Qualification : Ful time graduates in B.A/ B.Sc/B.Com/BCA/BBA/BBM/BHM/Diploma(10+2+3)
