Job Summary :
Freshers in telemarketing, inside sales
Candidate must have good written communication skills.
Willing to work on online proposals and bidding..
Should preferably be from a technical background.
To Manage entire Bid Process in order to ensure adherence to Leighton's Procedure and Clients Specifications.
To Manage & Coordinate information within the team in order to arrive at accurate bid
To manage competency and efficiency of bid in order to achieve competitive price and improve profit margins
To liaise with site team, vendors and sub-contractors on information in order to produce correct bid
To work on construction methodology, taking into consideration safety aspects in order to consider all relevant costs in the bid.

Job Description :
We are seeking an inside sales representative to join our team who has the ability to establish relationships with Owners, CEO's, and Presidents of companies with revenues of $1,00,000 to $100,000,000.
The Business Development Manager will call companies by finding the leads through internet, find a need of either selling their company or acquiring growth capital and set a meeting with one of our Managing Directors.
