Job Description:
1. Develops conceptual application designs that comply with technical architecture standards;
2. Prepares and completes code and test plan inspections;
3. Executes schedules, costs and documentation to ensure assigned projects come to successful conclusion;
4. May assist in orienting, training, assigning and checking the work of less experienced developers;
5. Determines deliverables to be produced during application design effort;
6. Designs components within high-level architecture blueprints, articulation of design patterns, reusability fundamentals and future requirements.
7. Designs interfaces between the system being developed and other systems with which it will communicate;
8. Identifies key application design issues (e.g. maintainability and performance) and recommends possible solutions;
9. Identifies and fixes errors and deviations; demonstrates debugging skills, debugs code alone or with some assistance;
Candidate Profile:
Experience: 
Minimum Experience 2+ years in IT.
Required Skills:

1. Professional Software Development experience;
2. Solid OSB Development Experience;
3. Broad experience with Java application servers such as Oracle WebLogic;
4. Broad experience with Java EE development;
5. Experience with MVC frameworks written in Java technology;
6. Experience creating and/or consuming web services;
7. Experience developing IT solutions for the Financial Services industry would be a plus.
Technical Skills:
1. Languages/Technologies: Java, J2EE, JUnit, Struts, Hibernate, Web Services, JavaScript, XML, XSL and HTML;
2. Databases: Oracle SQL, PL/SQLService Oriented Architecture: Experience with SOA principles and web service development;
Oracle 11g (OSB, BPEL, BPMN and BAM);
3. Operating Systems: Windows, Unix, Linux;
