Desired Skills:

Drupal, PHP, XHTML/CSS, Jquery, MySQL
Good PHP Development Experience.
Good knowledge in Drupal architecture and database.
Must know how to develop modules in Drupal.
Good Drupal implementation knowledge: Themes, article workflow, user roles, menus, etc.
