Position: Team Member
Shift: 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM
Process: Investment Management - Reconciliation

JOB PROFILE:
- Control and document the testing process from OPS perspective
- Prepare test cases, and test results
- Conduct feed tests
- Documentation preparation/procedures
- Work with Custodians on new feedsor modifying existing feeds on mandatory and optional fields and requirements
- Work with all OPS teams on training on TLM functionalities
- TLM administration and post conversion maintenance (the person will train later more people)
- Document and participate in CARS/TLM account conversion process
- Liaison with Audit - SOX, internal audit
- Monitor closely TLM upgrades, release notes, any SWIFT format changes
- Suggest and work on new reporting requirements, dashboards, and process improvements
-Work with tech on CARS/TLM conversion plan

- Assisting other teams with process improvements (that may include some process-specific automation; assist with improving OPS metrics and scorecards)
- Build small business specific databases


Skills:
- Very strong verbal, written and presentation skills
- Ability to document and present complex processes
- Experience with IT projects highly recommended
- ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- TLM experience is a plus
- Database knowledge (Access or Oracle) is recommended
- Experience with SWIFT messages and format referred
- Experience with reconciliation process, asset management model, financial products a plus
- Experience with MS Visio and Project a plus
