Responsible for all human resource activities to include employment, compensation, labor relations, benefits, and training and development.

Design and conduct new employee orientations.
Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Have strong leadership skills
Be an excellent judge of character
Have excellent organizational skills
Should be a self driven and innovative individual.
Ability to work unsupervised and work under pressure to meet deadlines
