Job Description or Role Brief:
The job involves supporting the customers of CDSPL covering the IT Infrastructure, should be certified in Cisco & Microsoft, good in technology understanding with pleasing manner and provide solutions to customer. Periodical certificate is a must, adherence to standard governing support delivery based on Industry recognized frame work such as ITIL, PRINC2 will be an added advantage.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Candidates should be smart and hard working individuals with pleasing manners with a passion to succeed in IT industry. The candidates should be willing to certify and enhance their expertise periodically as required by the company.
