Job Summary :
We are looking for a "FEMALE TELE-CALLER" for our office.
Job Description:
• Maintaining good relationship with new and existing customer.
• Responsible for inbound and outbound calls.
• Responsible for calling up customers and promoting the products.
• Ability to provide information verbally clearly and effectively.
• Responsible for the generating production of the Company.
• Planning & strategizing with management for all the process within defined time frame.
• Business development over phone and increase the corporate sales.
• Get new clients from market be telecalling.
• Responsible to maintain the tracker and update accordingly.
• Responsible to fulfill the assigned target within the given period.
• Responsible for maintaining & retrieving MIS & data on when required.
• Candidates with good communication Skills and Customer Support Skills would be preferred.
• Candidate will be responsible for handling calls. Candidate should have the fluent in English excellent conversational and customer service skills.
• Basic Knowledge of Computers/Ms Office.
• Candidate should know English, Hindi, and Telugu.
