Job Summary :
Minimum Qualification & Skills:
o Graduate degree with 1-4 years experiences in US recruitment.
o Broad knowledge of US staffing processes and W2/ 1099/ H1 transfer guidelines.
o Strong teamwork, interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with all management levels.
o Self-starter and highly motivated.
Job Responsibilities:
o Aggressively recruit and place candidates using resources such as Dice, Corp to Corp, CareerBuilder, Monster, LinkedIn and other job sites.
o Deal with Clients/vendors/candidates professionally and negotiate rates
o Format and edit resumes for submittal to end clients/customers
o Submit qualified candidates to open positions / job requirements
