Job Location: Bengaluru/Bangalore

Opening as Customer Care Officer for one of our MNC based organization . This is a US based multinational organization and its a Fortune 500 Group. 

Note: We only need Call Center / direct Call handling experience only.We have 8 openings and we required a good communication in English plus Telugu language is mandatory.
Graduation is Must

Job Description :
1) Handling calles inbound,
2) Guiding the distributors in calls
3) Product explanation,
4) Invoicing and Cash
5) Customer Support
Working days : 5 1/2 days a week
Working Hours : 9.30am to 6.30pm (Day shift)
Job Location : Bangalore, MG Rd.

Salary: 1.8 - 3.5 Lpa

Graduation is must preferably call center experience.
This is for our US FMCG Client, located in Bangalore-M.G. Road.
