Position Title: Marcom Developer – Software Engineer
Department: Marcomm Platform
Position Reports to: Project Manager
Target CTC: BEST IN INDUSTRY
Location: Bangalore
Roles & Responsibility:
• Responsible for the design and implementation of a solutions based on dynamic business requirements.
Determines operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions.
• Should have knowledge of SDLC methodologies.
• Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code.
• Tests solutions to ensure that logic and syntax are correct and those results are accurate with business demands.
• Research and recommend software tools to management.
• Provide assistance to testers and support personnel as needed to determine system problems.
Key Accountabilities:
• Ability to solve problems, present the solution and execute it within short timeframes.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a dynamic work environment.
• Possess a positive attitude and ability to think outside the box.
• Possess advanced product knowledge and maintain technical documentation.
• Frequently updated about new technologies, with the willingness to learn and adapt those quickly.
Years of experience: 2-4 years
Educational Background: BE/Btech/Mtech/MCA
Type of Experience:
1. Essential - Web Based Product development.
- Microsoft.NET 4.0 (Strong competence on WCF).
- Strong competence of MS SQL 2008.
- Strong competence of Javascript with Jquery.
- Frequent learning capability and adapt to an new technologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Real life Implementation of applying OOP.
2. Desirable Json, Restful Service, CSS 2&3 and HTML 5 is a Bonus.
Working with mid size team is added advantage.
Any personal implementation / involvement in the open source community is a plus
