Freshers:

• Fresh B.Com, BA, & BHM graduates (2012 batch only) with 60% plus marks throughout the academics
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good decision making skills
• Extremely service oriented with willingness to learn new things
• Willingness to work in late night shifts

Laterals

• 1-2 years of experience in providing Inbound / Outbound Voice support to International Call Centers via telephone
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good decision making skills
• Extremely service oriented with willingness to learn new things
• Willingness to work in late night shifts

2. Retirement Services: (Job Code – Voice)

Freshers:

• Fresh B.Com, BA, & BHM graduates (2012 batch only) with 60% plus marks throughout the academics

• 1-4 years of experience in providing Inbound / Outbound Voice support to International Call Centers via telephone
• Effectively answer inbound telephone calls from US clients related to 401K
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good decision making skills
• Good analytical skills 
• Extremely service oriented with willingness to learn new things
• Willingness to work in late night shifts

Qualification:  BBA, B.Com, M.Com, BA, MA, BHM

• BE / B.Tech / MCA/ MBA
• Candidates with less than 1 year in the current company
• Candidates who have worked with 3 or more companies and possess only 2 years experience
• Candidates who have applied in the last 6 months
