Requirements of the position
1) Bachelor"s Degree
2) Experience with the following technologies - OOAD/OOPS (Object Oriented Programming) PHP 5, MySQL 5, Apache, HTML, DHTML, XML & Java Script, AJAX
3) Very good understanding of database technologies and Sql Optimization.
4) Clear understanding of product development environment and methodologies.
5) Exposure and understanding of online consumer applications and related challenges.
6) Familiarity with web technology trends (Web 2.0) and the evolution of the Internet.
7) Strong writing & communication (especially listening) skills.
8) Detail oriented and ability to organize
9) Analytical , Problem-solving and innovation skills are must.
10) 2 yrs min (current) of hands-on work experience in PHP & MySQL
11) 2 yrs min of overall IT experience.
12) Should have worked for a min period of 6 months as a Sr. Software Engg. in Web Development environment
13) 2 years in Development of Web based projects
14) 2 yrs min (current) of hands-on work experience in PHP & MySQL
Functions
1) Development in LAMP environment
2) Coordination with TL & PM.
3) Liaison (daily) with S/W Engineers
4) Imparting Technical knowledge to subordinates
Reporting To : Team Lead
