Job Summary :
Support all the desktop, laptop and networking equipment, trouble shooting, Networking and Installing/Configuring/ maintaining of windows/ Ubuntu OS environments.
Perform day-to-day tasks like user management, file system maintenance, backup/recovery
Knowledge of LINUX, Windows Operating System,and computer hardware knowledge.
Awareness about the ISMS/ITIL policies and Implementations.
Good Knowledge on Linux (Debian/Ubuntu) will be plus
Certification (MCP/MCSA/Red hart)
