Job Summary :

Graduation: B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech/MBA/MS(MS/MBA a strong plus) with 70 %
Job Description:
* This position requires systems analysis background with experience in product development.
* Strong systems/business analysis skills with proven experience delivering clear and complete requirements are required.
* 2 to 5 years in software development is required
* Data modeling experience is required.
* Experience in coordinating and tracking to multiple project schedules is required.
* Extremely well organized
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Capable of dealing effectively with change
* Ability to participate in the analysis and/or resolution of IT and Business issues
* Exposure to Human Resources, Benefits and Payroll is a plus
*This position is expected to have the business maturity and communication polish to make presentations to non-IT groups and IT clients.
* A background in project management is a plus to assist/understand team leadership
* Strong communication skills (interpersonal, written, and verbal)
* Must have good stability
