Job Role: IT Executive - LSS Internal

Job Summary :


* Promptly attending to and resolving IT related queries / complaints from employees across branches.

* Timely installation of Lotus Notes and other applicable software - Windows, Office 2000 / 2003 / 2007 & Windows XP, anti-virus, etc on all work desks, desk jet and laser jet printers across branches, creating E-groups.

* Maintaining user accounts i.e. creating new user names & passwords for new joinees and delete old ids of resigned users.

* Taking all measures to maintain data security as well as backups; checking data on laptops, pen drives, CDs, floppies, etc.

* Managing technical aspects and setting up IT related activities during official meetings, conferences & events.

* Website management, updating the website with latest inputs on company / industry information.

* Recording a daily backup of all company data and ensuring its availability when needed.

* Timely restoration of any non-working systems / printers that hampers work.

* Organize software training / IT related induction.

* Support internal softwares by solving queries online.

* Able to develop programs.

* Able to work on SQL, C, C+, C++ , MS Access and other languages.
