Job Summary :

Skills Requirements:

* Must have Experience as Software Developer with strong Java Programming and debugging skills.

* Experience developing Enterprise Web Application and user interface with Java technologies

* Experience Tomcat, Servlets, JSP, Javascript is must

* Experience developing with web presentation technologies, including AJAX, DHTML, JavaScript, CSS and multi-browser compatibility

* Experience with AJAX toolkits such as GWT, Dojo, YUI required

* Experience designing for rich internet applications incorporating XHR (Ajax) and Flash a plus

* Good Object Oriented analysis and design skills

* Experienced in managing the delivery of medium sized projects

* Possess full SDLC experience and able to handle requirement analysis

* Strong experience handling GUI development work

* Strong knowledge of XML, XPath, Parsing, & Web Services

* Development experience with databases and related technology especially Hibernate, SQL, and JDBC – MySql/Postgres is plus

* Engineering Process, Design, and Testing methodologies

* Passion for user experience and experience with open source technologies

* Good understanding of Software Development Lifecycle & Project management is required

* Excellent Communication Skills - Spoken and Written
