Job Summary:
· Excellent communication & pleasing personality.
· Maintenance of employee database.
· Maintaining /Updating Leave Records.
· Passion for Recruitment (end to end process)
· Sourcing Candidates through Portals, Groups and References and validating the profiles according to the Job Description
· Arranging & conducting Interviews/Initial screening the candidates/ helping in recruitment processes.
· Conduct first round of telephonic interview for the candidates to schedule interviews.
· Experience in IT industry considered as an advantage.
· Ability to work alone with Initiative and good attitude.
Salary : No Salary For First Three month for Fresher
