JeMy Infotech is one of the leading providers of IT Consultants throughout USA. We are looking for Recruiters who can work in US TIMINGS (7.00 PM to 5.30 AM IST) from our Coimbatore Office.
• Ensure the adequate number of qualified candidates is submitted for all assigned client requirements in a timely manner
• Search resumes in various available Job Portals
• Match the profile of the candidate on technical grounds
• Conducts initial interviews by phone to determine experience and skill level
• Ensure candidate is available and ready to take up the position
• Negotiates salaries with candidates and negotiates pay rates with subcontracting companies and close the position.
• Acts as first point-of-contact for consultant and maintains monthly contact with consultant
Competencies Required:
• Any Graduate.
• Should have good communication skills
• Should have the ability to deliver results and handle pressure
• Excellent negotiation skills
Location: Coimbatore (Only local candidates will be preferred)
