Job Role: PHP Developer
Job Summary :
Role & Responsibilities:
• Candidate should be a top-notch PHP5 developer, familiar with the latest features in PHP 5.2.X and 5.3.X.
• Familiarity with frameworks like Yii, Zend etc.
• MySQL - Modern database development expertise, words like 'trigger' and 'view' should be part of your vocabulary.
• Expert level Javascript /XHTML/CSS / AJAX development will be necessary.
• JQuery experience preferred.
• Ideal candidates should understand object oriented development, and apply OO concepts to everything they do. Formal CS background or experience preferred.
• Experience with modern web services.
• Expertise in designing complex database queries with a multi DB/table structure.
• Expertise in AJAX concepts.
• Working knowledge of JavaScript libraries like jQuery, Prototype, ExtJS etc.
Skills Required:
• Expert Hand coding skills with developing table less layouts.
• Understanding of Browser compatibilities and standard Compliances.
• Work closely with team member and meet deadlines.
• Should be a Self-Starter.
• Candidates who can jump in quickly without a lot of direction.
• BE / BTECH / MCA from reputed institute.
• Contribute to team based development efforts, working equally well on joint projects and individual sub-tasks.
• Be willing to constructively disagree, to encourage the creation appropriate solutions.
• Will constructively critique co-workers work as well as accept input.
• Familiarity with Agile development process is a plus.
• Experience with VAS industries is added advantages.
• Be clear spoken and comfortable presenting to a group including management.
• Articulated his/her ideas, enumerate the merits, consider options presented by others and reach an informed technical opinion.
• Be capable of working independently and working towards goals rather than just following instructions.
