Job Summary :

Looking for “Customer Support Executive”

Position: Advisor / Executive - Customer Support (Voice Process)

Work Location: Hyderabad

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Undergraduate / Any Graduate (Preferably (0-4) years of international calling experience)*

2. Excellent Communication Skills*

3. 24/7 work environment (Night / Rotational Shifts)*

4. Age criteria - (18-40) years*

Salary Slabs: [2.1 lakhs p.a - 3.3 lakhs p.a]

Skill Set:

o Superior Customer Care Skills

o Inter-personal communication

o Excellent oral, written, typing and telephone skills

o Clear and understandable speech in English (American) Language

o Any Graduate Degree, Btech with any Stream

Fresher’s (2011 & 2012) & Experience candidates also both

Salary package: 2.1lac up to 3.8lac
