Job Summary :
- Resolution of tickets within Defined SLA
- Respond to tickets within pre defined SLA
- Get technical download of applications.
- Train new recruited agents.
- Help Team in achieving team’s target
- Attend / participate/ Contribute in training, resolution workshops organized by function.
- Update / Create user manuals and knowledge base.
- Take support from L2/ SME in complex problems / bugs or issues.
- Identify and highlight Bugs/Issues in application.
- Become Voice of customer and collate comprehensive feedback on services and support from customers.
