Terms and Conditions :
• The company spends around Rs. 300,000/- towards training and development on every Software Engineer within 2 years of employment and company want to protect this investment by retaining the people for long time and building a successful career to them with company.
• To protect the investment, and to control the attrition and maintain the employee focus on the work, Company expects new recruit to contribute 1/3rd Training Cost of 100,000/- out of 300,000 company spends on Training and Development in first 2 years.
• The company as policy at management discretion refunds this amount to employee on completion of 4 years of service with the company.
• The amount is Non - Refundable in all circumstances, In case the employee leaves voluntarily or termination with any reason before 4 years of service completion with Cityland.
• There is No BOND of any kind.
• Company will not take any Originals.
• JOB is based on performance and permanent and life time, retirement age is 64 years.
• The company believes in performance pay based on coding efforts.
• Second year Salary will be 25000 – 35000 depending on skills developed.
