Job Summary :

1.For The Position: Marketing Executive

Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships.

Get new business for company.

Must have excellent communication skills.

2.For The Position: Business Development Executive

* They must have a knowledge of Freelancing websites as well as preparation of Project Proposal and other requisite documentation.
* Fast, self-learner who is abreast on the latest in technology, competition and the industry landscape.
* They should be technology consultant to clients.
* They Should have project hunting exposure to generate new business.
* They should be able to meet multiple objectives within an organization.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Bidding: He must have worked upon Elance.com for bidding process, his responsibility to take care all the activity related to the bid process. Collecting information from the bidding site, took part in proposal creation for those project, Cost & Duration estimation, to give the best bid rate by comparing the all fact related to the requirement of the project to the expectation of the client.

2. Calling: Calling is our core activity to generate the business. Calling provide an immediate interaction between us and the client, so we got better chance to convince the client on immediate basis. The feedback is fast and one can ensure with response of the client about the probability of getting the business.
