Job Summary :

We need fresher’s for Tech support & System administrators for Inbound U.S Technical support process (nightshift).

Opening A: BPO Technical Support (Voice - nightshift)

1.Position: - Technical support Executives

Job Responsibilities:-

Any Graduate B.E/B.Tech/ MCA's

* Willing to work in Night Shifts

* Excellent Communication Skills

* Assisting the US customers in resolving the technical issues which are related to PC's

* Good at Using the Outlook Express

* Installation/Un installation of software’s

* PC troubleshooting

* Advanced Computer Knowledge

* A Technical Certification will be an added advantage

* People those who are already into Technical support are preferred

* Both M/F are eligible

2.Position: - Sales Executives (Technical Support) open position - 15

Any Graduate B.E/B.Tech/ MCA's

* Willing to work in Night Shifts

* Excellent Communication Skills

* Assisting the US customers & Understanding US Accent

* Good at Using the Microsoft Office

* Computer basics

* People those who are already into Sales are preferred

* Both M/F are eligible

Note:- As we are into US Based Operations, We strongly recommend the people with Excellent communication skills with English.

Interview Process:

· 1st Round: Written test (Computer basics & English Vocabulary)

· 2nd Round: Technical interview & HR
