Roles & Responsibilities :

1. Recruitment:

Help out in manpower planning and recruitment for the company needs.

Place ads in job portals.

Inform existing vendors to work on the requirements and contact new vendors, if required.

Screen the resumes and schedule interviews for the shortlisted candidates.

Arrange interviews with the concerned managers.

Place offers for selected candidates.

Follow up with the offered candidates and get them on board at the earliest.

2. Training:

Conducts orientation program to new employees

Coordinates and liaises with external/ internal Consultants/ trainers on employees’ training needs and arranges training schedules for employees

Evaluate the effectiveness of the respective training programs by obtaining feedback from employees

3. Welfare:

Attends to employees’ grievances and complaints; provides guidance if necessary .

4. Human Resource Management:

Maintenance of employee database.

Maintaining /Updating Leave Records

Follow up of Confirmation Records and statutory obligations - PF, ESIC, Prof Tax, Gratuity, LTA, and Bonus etc.

Co coordinating with the finance team and helping in the preparation of Salary Statement

Handling the full and final settlement of the employees

Arranging & conducting Interviews/Initial screening the candidates/ helping in recruitment processes.

Regular updation of communication channels

Prepare and submit all relevant HR letters/ documents/ certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management

Policy formulation, documentation and preparation of Holiday List

Engage with employees on a regular basis to understand the motivation levels of people in the organization

Coordinate with consultants & candidates for scheduling appointments with the Management team for sourcing

Conduct first round of telephonic interview for the candidates to schedule interviews.

Helping out at the time of client visits

5. Admin Responsibilities:

Help the admin head in admin matters.

Taking care of pest control activities by co coordinating with the concerned agency

Ensuring proper facilities and amenities for the employees

Helping out with the purchase and up keeping of stationery items, housekeeping items, medical kit etc.
