Qualification : Any Graduate.
Diploma in Electronics & communication would be Preferrable.
Exp : 2 - 3years
Designation : Sales Co-ordinator.
Roles & Responsibilities :
1 To respond quickly and efficiently to all in-coming sales enquiries, by telephone, fax and email, preparing brochures as required
2. To record the progress of all enquiries and translate into a monthly report, including source of business trends, enquiry conversion rates, future predicted sales and other reports as directed by the sales.
3 Must be able to generate lead by cold calling or bulk mailing. Acknowledge sales mails & coordinate with team to get the mail answered.
4 Updating online payment portal
5 Followup on the payment status
6 Dispatching material & acknowling customer with dispatch information
7 Submit copies of Invoice & payment status detail & sending MIS report (Weekly/Monthly)
